Problem
Crypto traders receive a lot of information from different sources and struggle to make decisions. Information overload leads to paralysis: users spend time collecting data instead of analyzing it. Elann.AI helps users navigate news and discover the market insights that are relevant to them.
Too many sources, no filter
Prices change constantly but without context they mean nothing. Users can't understand why an asset is moving in a particular direction.
Wrong format for mobile
How I Solved It
I designed an app that aggregates news from multiple sources and presents it in a personalized feed, with AI-generated daily reports and the ability to listen to content in audio. The focus was reducing the time it takes users to understand what's happening in the markets.

Elann.AI organizes crypto into three areas - a news feed filterable by asset, real-time markets, and AI-generated daily and weekly reports - so users find what matters in one place. Reflections
Elann.AI was less about adding intelligence and more about removing effort. Three lessons stuck with me from designing for a domain that never stops producing information.

In an overload domain, the design is what you leave out.
Crypto throws more at users than anyone can read in a day. The hard calls weren't which features to add - they were which sources, metrics, and screens to cut so the feed stayed a fast daily read instead of one more thing to monitor.

A price without a reason isn't information.
Users could already see the numbers everywhere - what they couldn't see was why anything moved. Pairing every market view with an AI-written cause turned raw data into something they could act on, not just stare at.

On mobile, audio isn't a feature - it's the format.
Crypto content is built for desktop: long reads, dense charts. Making every article and report playable as audio, in the user's own language, meant the app fit a commute or a coffee break - not just a desk session.
