The challenge
Internet connectivity in managed buildings is often fragmented and frustrating. Users switch between networks, struggle with authentication, and have limited visibility into their connection status.
The goal was to create a seamless mobile experience where connectivity feels automatic while still giving users clarity and control.
My role
I led the end-to-end design of Quantum Wi-Fi, from early concepts to launch.
As Senior Product Designer, I defined the overall product experience, mapped core user flows, and built the complete UI system across iOS and Android.
My work covered product strategy, UX, interaction design, prototyping, and visual execution.
The solution
The app brings residential internet access and global Wi-Fi hotspots into one unified experience.

Discover and join networks through an interactive map

All designed around simplicity and reducing friction.
Outcome
The result was a mobile-first connectivity platform designed to make internet access feel effortless rather than technical.
By simplifying onboarding, reducing interaction steps, and unifying multiple connectivity experiences, the app transformed a fragmented process into a clear and intuitive product journey.
